Programming Fundamentals
Description
This four day
intensive course introduces the programming features of Java.
The course begins with an introduction to object oriented concepts,
during which students will learn to build simple Java applets.
Next, a comprehensive overview of the libraries is presented.
Students will learn how to extend the class libraries to define new
classes. Once the basic object
oriented techniques have been learned and practiced, the conventional aspects of
the language are covered. Students
will build a simple application as the course progresses.
The course is
intended for software engineers, programmers, system architects and technical
managers. No experience with Java
or other object oriented programming language is required.

Upon completion
